Refund policy

All our products undergo a thorough quality check to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. In case you would like to return your product, LEADER will happily accept any items for a refund, as long as the product is in its unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

1. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at sales@leadermenswear.com within 14 days of delivery so we can understand why you want to return the product and try to resolve any issues.

When sending your items back, please remember to include your order number (e.g. #1001234) inside the parcel to help us match up the items with your account.

2. Where to Send Your Return

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage of any unwanted items. LEADER does not accept any responsibility for returned products that we do not receive. It is in your interest to send any returned goods via a recorded or tracked delivery service.

3. Delivery Costs and Refunds

If you change your mind and decide to return your order, our refund procedure depends on whether you are returning your entire order or only a part of it:

  • Full Returns: If you return all items from your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will issue a full refund for the products. If you paid standard delivery costs at checkout, these will also be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, no delivery fees will be deducted from your product refund.
  • Partial Returns: If you choose to keep one or more items from your order and only return a portion of it, the initial outbound shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.

4. Inspection and Processing

Once received by LEADER, we will inspect the product for any signs of wear or damage and will either refund the amount of the product or inform you otherwise. Please note that LEADER reserves the right to reject refunds for hygiene reasons or when any returned products show signs of use.

5. Taxes, Duties and Pricing

The prices we display for all products include taxes where relevant, unless otherwise stated. The total price including taxes and shipping costs will be visible in the final purchase summary.

LEADER does not take responsibility for any taxes or import duties which some countries apply to the entry of foreign shipments. Any shipments returned due to the non-payment by the customer of taxes or import duties will have any resulting associated charges for the return deducted from the overall amount due to be refunded.
