All our products undergo a thorough quality check to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. In case you would like to refund your product, LEADER will happily accept any items for a refund, as long as the product is in its unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery so we can understand why you may want to return the product and try to resolve any issues.

LEADER does not accept any responsibility for returned products that we do not receive. It is in your interest to send any returned goods via a recorded delivery service.
Once received by LEADER, we will inspect the product for any signs of wear or damage and will either refund the amount of the product or inform you otherwise. Please note that LEADER reserves the right to reject refunds for hygiene reasons or when any returned products show signs of use.
Delivery charges for returned products need to be covered by the customer. For any accepted refunds, LEADER will refund the amount paid for the product, however not for any additional expenses associated with the order, such as transport, collection and packaging.
The prices we display for all products include taxes where relevant, unless otherwise stated. The total price including taxes and shipping costs will be visible in the final purchase summary. LEADER does not take responsibility for any taxes or import duties which some countries apply to the entry of foreign shipments.
